Our 35+ MGO Manuka honey blend is the full season multifloral honey (we leave honey supers on from October to January), which means the honey is naturally blended with Manuka, Kanuka, and Rewarewa honey. Our Manuka honey is independently tested and contains the active compound methylglyoxal which forms naturally in the nectar of the Manuka plant.
Creaming honey is a 100% natural process with no added ingredients whereby we slowly churn and cool the honey to force natural crystallisation into a very smooth and spreadable honey, perfect for toast & tea.
